4. Return, Replacement, Damage, and Lost Parcel Policy
- Due to the nature of the product (cars), we do not accept returns or replacements once the vehicle is purchased and shipped.
- Customers are informed of the car's condition in detail before completing the purchase.
- Our company is not responsible for damages occurring during shipping; however, insurance options can be arranged upon request.
- In case of lost shipments, we will assist in coordinating with the shipping company to resolve the issue.
